Can I apply Win2K group policies on 98?

I have just been tasked to apply Windows 2000 group policies on Windows 98 (first ed.) clients. This is something very new to me, I don’t even know if it’s possible.

Also, I have this Windows 2000 Active Directory server, and one Windows 2000 file server containing a shared folder. I must see to it that Windows 98 users have their My Documents redirected to the file server, and have access to the shared folder.

If, at all, possible, how must I go about these tasks?
