Can I burn multiple .iso files to a CD?

I have a bunch of .bin files that are pretty small – only 8k each. They don’t have .cue files, so my question is: If I convert them all to .iso files, can I burn them all to the same CD? If not, is there a way to merge all the .iso files and have each of the files be a different “chapter”? If neither is possible, how do I make .cue files for each .bin file? (I have about 550 .bin files.)
