Can I merge 2 partitions into 1.

I just upgraded to Windows 2000, from 98, and it created a partition of 142MB. I want to have only the C: drive. Can I make the C: drive use the 142MB as 1 partition without re-formatting, or re-installing? I am currently using the 142MB as a folder allocated as a 2ND partition. I want to add the 142MB to the Primary Active partition, so I can have the space.
