Can I upgrade my laptopT2300 to a E6400 core to duo?

I have a Fujitsu N6410 laptop with Intel Core Duo Processor T2300 (1.66 GHz 2 MB L2 cache 667 MHz FSB)

I also have laying around, an Intel E6400 Core to Duo chip and I was wondering… can I take the laptop into a shop or ship to Fujitsu and put that new chip in?

Now I always hear about Centrino this and that for laptops, and this E6400 is for desktops.
Could this chip fit, since the Fujitsu is already a dual core?
