Can IPCONFIG work without admin rights?

I am needing to know if there is a way to allow IPCONFIG to be used by even a base level user within NT 4.0. Currently, I cannot find a way to make it to be used beyond an administrative account.

We have multiple levels of support and don’t wantto give full admin rights to some of the levels, but they are needing access to release and renew IP addresses. I also think that IPCONFIG should be allowed to be used by end users as well, and don’t see any reason why they shouldn’t have access toit.
