Can network password be changed via RAS?

When dialing up using RAS to access files on our network, users are not notified that their passwords are about to expire.

Once the passwords expire, users are not able to change the passwords.

Is there a setting in dial-up-networking that makes it possible to for a network user to change a password remotely after dialing up our server?
