Can not ping NT machine after Dialup

After Dialup from NT Machine-A to NT Machine-B, NT machine-A is not ping from Lan’s users.
however, the connectivity estabilished between the NT machines.

Should I have to define gateway for dialup and for Lan users seperatly so that after dialup my NT Machine-A should be accessed from Lan Users.

Please reply me as soon as possbile.
