Can not share out a drive

I have a Win 98 se PC on our network. Our server is a running Win NT Server 4.0.

The problem is I can not add any share information.

When I try to share out the drive and add users I get the following error,

“You cannot view the list of users at this time. Please try again later”.

I have been trying this off and on for over a month. I have tried removing file/print shareing and adding it back on and still no luck.

Any ideas?
