can not visit a partuclar site

i use win 98 pc in a network. the problem is i am not able to visit this particular art site from my pc any more like i used to.I was nable to visit that site from 10 other pcs in the same network. I repaired the explorer 5.5 sp2 browser but it still refuses to browse this one site .can any one help?
