Can PING via both computer names

PC name changed fom NOC1 to NOC2. There’s some problem with the DNS as it can still be PING via both computer names. The entry has also been taken out from the DNS Manager & WINS manager. I reckon it might take sometime before its refresh/sync.

Please help me to resolve this, kindly assist. Thanks.
