Can W2kPro have multi IP addres like W98

I have a WinNT 4.5 PDC not on the Internet. A DSL router connects work stations to WWW. The PDC runs DHCP for internal addressing. In Win 98/ME machines, I have edited the registry to include muliple address sequence, first for DHCP, second for static IP from ISP (0.0.0.0,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx). Can Windows 2000 Pro be configured to do the same thing?
