Can you Assign 1 network id to W2K PC?

Is there a way with my Novell networked Windows 2000 PC to limit only 1 of my ids to the one PC?

The problem I have encountered is multiple Ids login to this W2K PC and download all types of software and I want to limit it to one id.

It is a network admin hassle and I do not want to keep re-imaging PCs.

Please advise.
