Does anyone knows of a good Canned Content providing troubleshooting documents for the help desk and that can be easily incorporated into Knowledge Base v4.0 software by talisma?

I’m thinking well develop canned content with graphics within the page of the troubleshooting document rather than a pop-up.. Any ideas?
