Cannot Access mdb data.

Hey, I have an access mdb that was given to me by the owner to get info out, but the ex-IS guy locked it when he left.

I have found what I believe is the matching mdw, and although I looked in it and found names, I still can’t get into the mdb.
If I join the mdw, then I get completely locked out of Access. (Even on just going into access.)

All efforts at a password ‘hack’ have failed with useless passwords. (Some utilities say no password, others give me garbage.)

I believe the problem is I am not able to find the ‘owner’ of the database, and therefore can’t get into it.

Anyone have any idea how to get into, or import tables from this pup?
