Cannot access shares over VPN

Hello i have a vpn server, and sometimes, some users when
they log in, they can’t access the network resources, it
says network not found. any ideas? they can ping fine and
login no problem, but they can’t access the network..
also the weird thing, is that its not everybody. so sounds like something on their computer.
