Cannot Access Terminal Server from Home

I have a client who has a laptop which he uses at the office and at home. He can access the terminal server from the office, but when he tries to access it from home it times out. He connects through a VPN. The VPN connects just fine.

He also has other workstations at home and they can access Terminal Server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
