Cannot Browse Network Neighborhood

I have installed the latest Windows Critical Updates from the Windowsupdate site, and, now I cannot browse network neighborhood. I can use net view and I can use unc to access computers, but network neighborhood only shows entire network. OS is Win98 SE.
