Need help!
I have an Efio 121A,(model may differ since I am in Malaysia). It’s less than a year old and not used very often.
A month ago, I took the battery out every time I used the notebook on AC power. Now, after re-connecting the battery, I have 2 problems:
1. The notebook does not recognize the battery and does not charge (even after leaving it on AC power for 12 hours, there is still no light to indicate charging).
2. With the battery connnected, the cursor moves rather slowly and when I use Word, the keyboard misses alphabets/spaces when I type. However, the notebook operates fine when i REMOVE the battery!
I now realize that a battery that is left out of the notebook for too long will go into a low voltage mode but shouldn’t it start to recharge after at least a few hours connected to AC power?
