Cannot Install Antivirus

I have Win 2000 Advanced Server. Earlier it has installed Norton Antivirus 2001. I unistalled and trying to install Norton Antivirus 2002 on it. But it says you cannot install anticirus on the server. What is the pronlem ? How to install it ?
