Cannot logon new account into w2k server

i?ve recently upgrade my PDC nt4 server with w2k server, my pre-windows2000 users accounts can logon without problems but the accounts that i?ve create recently in the
w2kserver cannot logon into the domain.I need help, thanks.

ps: i?ve already install active directory into clients computers running win98&95

My network have 3 nt4 servers and 1 w2kserver runnig under the same dommain ( intra )
