Cannot print to selected tray

Nt machine that has a downloaded Word 97 document that is atteampting to print to tray 2 but some how prints automatically to tray 3.On a HP LaserJet 5si mx printer I have selected upper tray in print setup and page setup of document. The funny thing is, is that it is only this document.

Please help! and thanks in advance….
