Cannot Reach remote network with RAS ?

Im dialing into my office network from home. The dialin server (w2k) is running RRAS. Im able to login 100% and gain access to the server itself and to the machines on the network IF im pinging the RAS server from the machine I dialed from.

However if I want to ping my office network from any other workstation at home I get a timeout.

my home network run on subnet 192.168.0 and the office network on subnet 192.168.100.

How can I get my workstations at home to ping any computer on the network at the office ?
