Cannot Remove from the Global List

Happy NEW Year!
I change the i.p address of our MSexchange server(MalServ1) address from 192.168.10.5 to 192.168.12.9. I already try sending email s and receving mails and all or working very fine.

The main problem is that once i delete a user from MailServ1 it still on the global list.I thought that synchronization would take only 4 hours but it’s 3 days and yet my changes are not reflected on the global list. Mailserv1 is connected to our Head office via site connector and directory synchronization.
I tried to reinstall site connector and directory synchronization but still not work.
Please help to correct this.
