Cannot see HD in Disk Administrator

I reinstalled NT with another primary hard drive. I have 2 hard drives in there right now (c and d…old config before the primary went out)
All the database information is stored in D.

The computer see both hard drives when it starts up but once inside NT, it does not see a hard drive. In Disk Administrator, it shows disk 0 and disk 1 (primary). but the disk 0 (DB info) shows as offline. How can I get this back on line?? I need to have the old config back. C and D with D housing all the DBinfo. I cannot delete any information on that.
