Canon BJC-2000 driver problem

Hi!
I installed Canon BJC-2000 on computer running Win 98SE. Now when I try to access printer properties from start menu I get an error message “Printer Setting dialogue box is already open. Close the Printer Setting dialogue box and try again.” But it’s not open. After clicking OK, I receive a notice about illegal operation “Rundll32”. What could be the problem?
