Can’t access properties

Please help!!On one of the pc’s at work, I cannot access print properties for any of the programs on Win98. Why is this happening and what can I do to solve this problem, I m thinking of reloading Win98 but is there any other way I can solve the problem without resorting to reloading Win98.
