Can’t access resources on NT box

I have a small peer to peer network in a workgroup not a domain structure. I have one NT box in the same workgroup with 3 win98 boxes. i can see the NT box in network neighborhood but when I try to access its resources (shared folder,or printers) itwill ask me for the password to the IPC$. How do I share resources on NT in a workgroup structure where other machines can access its resources?
