Can’t boot up win advanced server 2000

I have installed win 2000 advanced server on a PC with 40GB hard drive 352mb memory p2 processor AGP slot graphics card. It loaded fine no probs, i have re-booted several times with no probs. Then i changed the graphics card for a 64mb from an 8mb &it wouldn’t even reach the post . I have put the original card back in but it still does not come up with anything on the screen. The hard drive spins up for a second then that is it. Any suggestions.
