Can’t connect to the internet

I have a small network running “SYGATE 4.5” on my host. My host is a P-IV running W98. I have four Cclient PC Connected all but one functions fine. An ASUS Pent.I 233 MMX sees the network, will function withing the network but will not connect to the Internet. All settings are the same for all machines. I can even ping the host computer on 1 NIC and and the ISP on the other NIC. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
