Can’t enable Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing Service

I tried starting the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing service, but i got a error msg ” Error 10047: An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used “. Does anyone know what’s wrong with it ? thanks
