Can’t enter Bios setup

ok… i don’t have any OS on the computer right now i was going to install it but i got a problem. when i tun on computer wich is Deskpro EN Minitwr it beeps twice (2 short beeps) shows me Eror 510 – image corrupt. and then shows me that i’ve made changes with CD-ROM wich i didn’t do… and i have Rompaq but i can’t boot it. during botting it shows me “please wait while rompaq identifies the devices in your system” plays some wierd sound and just stands frozen like that…
