Can’t find address book in Outlook

When click on Address book icon (or click on “To” in Outlook Inbox New Mail Message the address book did not show up. The error message as follow:
“The Addredd list could not be displayed. The Contats folder associated with this address list could not be opened : it may have been moved, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Outlook Help.”

When Addres Book Windows is opened, In the “Show Names from the:” there are “Contacts”,”Outlook Address Book” and”Personal Address Book”
When select on “Contacts” the same error message appear again.

Please help.
