Cant Find Patch FIle Recomended by LIZZY

I posted a question on users being logged out of a Win2000 Domain intermittantly. Lizzy was kind enough to present me with the name of the file that will fix this error but I cannot find it any where if any one has the file “278558USA8.EXE” and can email it to me I would be forever greatful.
