Can’t login to local computer

I have a WIN2K Professional (SP4) machine as w/s. I can’t login to local as Standard User, I can do it as Administrator group. Error: The user has not been granted the request logon type at this computer.

I looked at Local Securety Policy w/s), I gues there is fine. But don’t know where look at W2Adv server.

How can solved this problem?
