Can’t open an access DB

I re-installed my OS (XP Pro) and can no longer open my database file in access 2002. The DB is stored on a network drive so should not have been affected. I’m using the same version of Access (2002) This is the error message.

You do not have the necessary permissions to use the object. Have your system administrator or the person who created this object establish the appropriate permissions for you. (Error 3033)
