Can’t overwrite default profile

I used to be able to overwrite the default profiles on Win2000 machines. But recently when I try to overwrite it on a number of machines I have just imaged I get the following error message. Cannot copy ——: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with the user-mapped section open”. Why am i getting this message and what is the walk around.
