Can’t print to Windows programs

Prior to an infection by the Nimda virus, we were using a print server to redirect print jobs to various printers. We were forced to re-install the operating system completely, and now, although we can print fine from DOS, we are unable to print from Windows programs. We receive the following error:An internal communication error occurred.
Redirected printing will no longer function.

We are using Intel Inbusiness print servers. Any ideas?
