Can’t restore to a different server from

Hi,
I have a backup copy of Information and
Directory Store of our production Exchange box and I’m trying to restore it to a test Exchange box. I have used the same Organization name Site, and Configuration name on the TEST Exchange(as suggested by ArcServeIT tech support). The restore is fine
without errors (all Exc. services stopped except System Attendant). When I try to restart the services after restore, I can’t restart it with errors. Maybe I’m missing something. Can someone help me? Do you (experts in Exchange)had this experience before?
