Can’t see NT 4 server in net. neigbourho

I have and NT 4 server on my domain that is not visible in network neighborhood/my network places. I can map to it, I can PC anywhere to it, but that is the only way I can see it.
All network settings seem to be in order.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
