Can’t see or map shared files

I am attempting to log on or map a drive from our PDC to member server. It appears that I can see the server name(in the MAP NETWORK DRIVE diolog box) but when I select it the it gives me the “incorrect password or user name” diolog box allowing me to enter a name and password. I’ve tried all the name and passwords combinations.

On this PDC I can see other servers and thier shared folders.

I haved shared all 3 drive letters in the member server and gave permissions to Administrator and Everyone group.

Why can’t I see the drives in the member server from the PDC?
Is there a service I can check on the member server?
