Can’t see other subnets on network

I have a domain spread across a 5 site geographic region. I have created a single domain with a subnet for each region. I don;t have real fast connections but each region was able to join the domain. Replication is bad though at times. At each site I am only able to “see” only the computers in that site. What must I do to fix this problem
