Can’t see W2K machine on network

I have recently installed a new Windows 2000 client in our network, and found that the client can see all the network resources in Network Neighborhood but none of the other clients or servers can see it, yet when I ping the netbios name it works fine and it logs on to the domain fine also browses internet fine. I have run the network installation wizard again and also removed it from the PDC and reinstalled it. Has anybody had this problem or offer any suggestions? Thank You!
