Can’t synchronize time

I have a W2K server (only server in domain) and 50 Win95, 98, NT4 clients. I can never get my clients to synchronize their time with the server. I run net time /yes and the time will synchronize but I do not want to do this on every client each timethe time is off. I added net time /yes to the client’s login scripts and still they are consistently behind the server time. Any suggestions? Thanks
