Can’t update Subnet in DHCP

I have MS DHCP server with the class B subnet (255.255.0.0) in Scope. Now I would like to change subnet to be 255.255.255.0 or some others but DHCP Manager doesn’t allow me to update.

I checked on Microsoft Technet and website, cannot found anythings.

Any ideas or suggestions?
