Can’t view html email in outlook 2000

Can’t view html email in outlook 2000. I have a Windows Small business server 2000 that has been upgraded from 4.5. Running Exchange 2000 collecting mail from pop3 accounts.
I have installed NMicrosoft connector for pop3 mailbox. still no joy.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!
