can’t view Windows 98 w/stations in W2K

I have many Windows 98SE w/stations that I grouped into a Workgroup called W95. However, when I am in Windows 2000/XP machines, I go to My Network Places, I can see the W95 workgroup, but I can’t see the members. I already made sure that NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled. Any clue??
