Capture Macromedia Flash files ?

I have identified temporary flash video files, they cannot be copied, they disappear when leaving the url-site.
However, the same video file is stored in CACHE, hence accessible. How can I run such a file?
Quicktime, Realplayer, Windows Media Player do not accept such files.
