case removal cd-rw

i can’t seem to get the face plate off of my cr-rw. i need to check out why my spindle motor isn’t working. how do i remove it?
I have a BTC BCE2410IM CD-RW, the xp recognizes it, but when i insert a cd, it doesn’t spin up.
