Catch-All Acount – Big Points for this o

Can anyone out there tell me how to create a TRUE catch-all acount within Exchange 2000?
A catch-all acount like with Linux Mail and Rockliff’s Mailsite will accept any mail sent to a particular domain that is not associated with a valid e-mail account. like nucklehead@mydomain.com when I truely only have jon@mydomain.com and jane@mydomain.com as valid e-mail accounts. …..Anyone???
