CBT for W/2000 and A+

A company called SmartCertify has full programs on CD to self-study the Win2000 and A+ and write 7 Win2000 exams and 2 A+ exams.

Has anybody any comments about these course materials. The company also guarantees to that one will oass the exams.
Th ecourse material includes simulated exercises and tests after every topic.

Any responses before I buy into it would be appreciated.
